The plumber, Jared, arrived within the stated 2-hour window after my initial call. After assessing the problem and confirming that my system needed replacement, Jared was back bright and early the next morning, just as he had promised. The job was finished within the quoted 6-hour timeframe. Frederick then gave me a thorough tutorial of the new system, as I was previously unfamiliar with the workings of a hot water heater.
